We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation within a complex enterprise workplace. This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project delivery resources to coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow configurations.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to support ServiceNow configuration activities.
Work closely with ServiceNow Developers to deliver application enhancements and configurations.
Analyse and resolve issues arising from business-specific requirements.
Coordinate testing activities with testing teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Facilitate integration activities between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Support an Agile delivery environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage effectively with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders.





Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex ICT settings.
Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform .
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Ability to coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across multiple teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.

Highly Desirable
Hands-on ServiceNow development or configuration experience.
Knowledge of enterprise application integrations.
Experience working within large, complex transformation or digital projects.
