Essential criteria
At least 2 to 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system and certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 Certification).
Salesforce product knowledge and a robust understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
Experience working in a Salesforce application or workplace support role.
Experience with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms.
Experience using Data Loader.
Excellent communication skills with robust problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.

Desirable criteria
Data management skills,



including the ability to do meaningful analysis and manipulate data sets to enable loading into Salesforce using Data Loader or similar tools.
Experience using SCRUM/ AGILE methodologies.
Salesforce Deployment experience.
Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
