About the Role

Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning services across a varied client base throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently, and minimise system downtime
Work across commercial, retail centres, Education, Health care, airports, industrial and critical environments.
Provide practical advice to clients on system performance, improvements and compliance
Work autonomously on jobs while collaborating with technicians and apprentices
Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures

Key Requirements for Success




Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
West Australian Restricted Electrical Licence
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
National Police clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
Ability to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
Full, Unrestricted Australian working rights.
