Based in the College of Health at the Adelaide City Campus
Full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract
Salary Range: $75,366 - $82,607 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

The team
Reporting to the Senior Research Fellow, this role sits within JBI's Global Engagement team in the School of Public Health.
The team works closely with international partners to deliver training, events and team-oriented initiatives that strengthen evidence-based healthcare and improve health outcomes globally.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
Relevant post-secondary qualification or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support in a customer-focused environment
Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders
Experience coordinating meetings, events or training activities,



alongside financial administration and records management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organisational information systems, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
