About the RoleAs a personal support worker, you will directly be supporting our clients, who have acquired spinal cord injuries, with their daily tasks in our clients' homes such as:
Transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when required.
Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene.
Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management.
Basic wound care and self-medication.
Domestic support such as meal preparation, light household duties and laundry.
Community access such as driving to appointments and social activities
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Full training provided - Whilst experience in disability or aged care,regarded, is not a requirement for the role.




A valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle is required
A smartphone device
Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening Card and Blue Card
NDIS Workers Orientation Module
