We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Construction Supervisor to lead the delivery of a live industrial construction project in Gladstone.
This role requires proven tilt panel construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.
ABN Engagement:$50 - $60 per hour + GST
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
Oversee tilt panel installation and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and assist in meeting programme milestones.
Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks.
Maintain WHS compliance and quality control.
Liaise with the Project Manager and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.




About You
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand on commercial or industrial projects.
Essential experience supervising tilt panel construction.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
