ONScape PL, a Metal Fabrication company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer / Yard Hand to join our team in our Picton, NSW **** location.
This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with a variety of general labouring tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment, blasting and painting
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the company's yard and storage areas
Providing support to fabricators as needed
Ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in valuable working order
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a labouring or yard hand role, ideally within the fabrication industry
Minimum 1-2 years of previous labouring or yard hand experience is required
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
Ability to perform heavy lifting of 25kg+ as part of manual labour requirements
A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work




The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's licence (desirable) and must have a forklift license.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
