About the Role
Reporting directly to and working closely with the business owner, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable functions while providing general financial administration support.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer invoices and receipting payments
Managing debtor accounts and following up outstanding payments
Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
Responding to customer and supplier account enquiries
Supporting the team with general administrative duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience using Xero accounting software
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to priorities tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work efficiently
A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business
