About the role
Xavier 9 South is a state-of-the-art treatment facility for cancer services, consisting of 20 single rooms, specifically designed to meet the demands and requirements of our patients.
Providing optimum inpatient healthcare for patients with blood disorders and blood cancers; anaemia,



blood clotting and bleeding disorders, leukaemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
World-class Bone Marrow and Blood Stem Cell Transplantation Service and are credited with performing the first adult bone marrow transplant in Australia in ****.
Work within a highly specialised team delivering care to patients undergoing complex haematological treatments, including autologous and allogenic stem cell transplantation.
Play a key role in providing safe, evidence‐based nursing care, supporting patients and families through challenging treatment journeys, and contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in your daily practice.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
