Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Tree Care Machinery, you will play a pivotal role in our success.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer support to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Primarily focusing on sales of products including Bandit and Hansa.
Entering customer details into our CRM system and generating quotes.
Building and maintaining a solid client database.
Engaging with clients and contractors on a daily basis, with minimum expectations set to drive your success.
Ensuring adherence to safe work practices in the sales department (WHS).
Upholding necessary compliance and participating in ongoing training.
Establishing and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the sales and after-sale processes.
Qualifications and Attributes:
To excel in this role, you should possess:




Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
A proven track record in sales or a willingness to learn and excel in a sales environment.
An understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to upholding them.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
A valid driver's license.
