Support Central Co is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers for a group home in Hamlyn Terrace, Central Coast NSW.
You will support two female participants with mental health diagnoses, helping them live safely and independently within their home and community.
The role requires roster flexibility across days, sleepovers and weekends, with *****+ hours per week and a 24/7 service.
A calm, empathetic approach and solid documentation skills are essential.
