We are currently seeking motivated and physically fit Section Worker to join the Tank House operations team in Townsville.
This is a hands-on role working in a demanding industrial environment with ongoing training provided.
Key responsibilities:
Inspect copper growth and identify imperfections during the production process
Use specialised tools and blades to remove excess copper growth from cells
Work safely on top of active copper cells in high-temperature environments
Monitor growth levels using measuring equipment and follow operational procedures
Maintain solid focus on safety and compliance standards at all times
Work collaboratively within a 24/7 rotating roster setting
Perform physically demanding tasks requiring consistent upper body strength
Maintain productivity and attention to detail during long shifts
Requirements:
Physically fit with strong upper body strength




Ability to work in extremely hot and humid conditions
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while looking downward for extended periods
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
