You will support participants with complex and high support needs, applying trauma-informed care and Positive Behaviour Support.
You will work with families and guardians, document clearly, and uphold safety and compliance while advocating for participants.
Requirements include Certificate III in Individualised Support, minimum 3 years' disability experience, and checks such as NDIS Worker Screening
