Trident Services is seeking a passionateDuty Managerto oversee the delivery of integrated cleaning, security and facilities services at a major client site in Townsville.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team, drive operational excellence and make a meaningful impact within a high-profile contract.
Joining us on atwo-year maximum term contract, you'll play a key role in ensuring service quality, compliance and continuous improvement while creating a positive experience for both our clients and people.
About the Role
Reporting to theKey Account Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations across integrated facilities services, including cleaning, security, and customer service.
You'll provide strong leadership, ensure contract performance and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily service operations and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Manage multidisciplinary cleaning, security and maintenance teams.
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, onboarding and training.
Conduct inspections, audits and compliance checks.
Ensure WHS,



quality and contract requirements are achieved.
Manage purchasing, budgets and operational costs.
Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are a hands-on leader with a passion for people, service excellence and operational performance.
You will bring:
3–5 years' experience in facilities management, integrated services, cleaning, security or property services.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A current Driver Licence.
A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
