The role:
We are seeking an Experienced Payroll Officer with a solid background in Commercial Construction payroll management.
You will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll across multiple projects, awards and EBA's, including but not limited to:
The weekly processing of payroll from end to end
Onboarding and offboarding of new and terminated employees
Ensuring employer reporting obligations are met
Payroll month end processes
Weekly Management reports
Working with management to improve current processes
Ensure employer compliance with ATO reporting requirements,



superannuation obligations etc
Strong background in MYOB payroll software and add on solutions is preferable
What you need:
Minimum of 3 years in Payroll Management in a Construction environment
Experience in MYOB payroll software and add on solutions
Understanding of current legislation and compliance
Ability to work with management to improve processes
Must be Proactive and solutions focused
Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Solid attention to detail
Able to work autonomously and within a team
