We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energeticAssistant Store Managerto lead ourBrisbane DFO Outlet store.
As a Store Manager, you'll work to maintain City Beach's position as one of Australia's leading fashion retailers by delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing a high-performing team.
What you'll be doing:
Be accountable for all aspects of store operations including managing and leading the store team, ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers
Enforce the customer centric nature of City Beach by providing a superior people experience through a supportive and developmentally focused workplace
Manage and monitor performance to ensure your team delivers results and performance objectives to Company Standards




Controlling rostering and wage management
Managing the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, filling and tidying the shop floor and getting store set up for promotions and sales
Have ultimate oversight and accountability for the people within your team
What we are looking for:
Experience in rostering and wage control
Ability to effectively lead and develop a team
Ability to resolve conflict
Previous experience in stocktake
An understanding of visual merchandising techniques
