Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full time contract from August 2026 to December 2026, based in Australia. You will conduct person-centred assessments, interpret evidence, and articulate support needs in a explicit, evidence-based way to support participant outcomes.

The role requires robust communication, experience in assessment or case management, and knowledge of NDIS or similar frameworks.
