About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant seeking a supportive, cooperative environment with a purpose-driven team. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the finance function, contributing to the success of the school community while developing your career in a values-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Daily bank reconciliations and payment processing
Maintain integrity of the trial balance
Support GST and FBT return preparation
Assist with budget preparation and annual external audit




Respond to finance-related enquiries from staff and manage parent account queries

What We’re Looking For
Formal finance or accounting qualification (Diploma minimum)
Previous experience in a similar accounting role
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with banking platforms.
Eligible for or hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
