Aman Aged Care is a warm and welcoming 46-bed Residential Aged Care and Support at Home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred support for our residents.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care, support residents' health and wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, cooperative environment.
You will work closely with our care staff, lifestyle team, and leadership group to ensure each resident receives the highest level of person-centred care.
What you'll do:
Provide high-quality clinical and person-centred care
Complete and oversee assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
Administer medications and manage clinical procedures in line with best practice
Monitor residents' health status and respond to changing needs
Lead, mentor, and support care staff during your shift
Liaise with GPs, Allied Health and other health practitioners to support resident needs
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards, policies, and procedures
Contribute to a positive,

We'd love to hear from you if you:
Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Have previous experience in aged care (highly regarded)
Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years' experience in aged care settings
Have strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
Able to work collaboratively across all teams and areas
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Have a kind, patient, and respectful approach to supporting residents
