The successful Trust Accounts Office will be responsible for:
Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate account maintenance.
Supporting accounts receivable activities, including payment processing and follow-up.
Performing regular account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account enquiries.
Assisting with month-end finance activities and reporting.
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
The successful Trust Accounts Office will have:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Trust Accounts, or a similar finance role.
Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience within aged care, healthcare, or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
