Service Delivery Coordinator — Permanent Prospect | Sydney | NV2 Clearance Mandatory. An organisation delivering critical Defence ICT services is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support ongoing sustainment and service operations within a complex enterprise workplace. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing escalations, and supporting the Materiel Sustainment Agreement (MSA) across a large-scale capability.

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day IT service delivery and sustainment activities.
Support MSA management and track service performance against targets.
Assist with incident, problem, and escalation coordination.
Work with SMEs and vendors to support issue resolution.

Skills & Experience
Experience in IT support, service coordination, or ICT environments.
Understanding of ITIL or service management processes.




Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in quick-paced environments.

Additional Requirements
Must hold an active NV2 Clearance.
Exposure to enterprise technologies (e.g. Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware).
Experience with Service Request Management (SRM) or EUC environments.
Defence or Government ICT experience.
