THE POSITION
Plan, supervise, and monitor functions and events
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Mentor and support your team, and provide training for new staff as required
Maintain focus on Food and People safety
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, as required by event schedules
Hands on position with a focus on function coordination
THE PERSON
A minimum of 1 year's experience in function coordination or a similar role




Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
Excellent written & verbal communication skills & proficient computer and administrative skills
Must have RSA, RMLV is an advantage
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
