What You'll Do
Own and execute the digital marketing strategy
Build, optimise and scale existing Google Ads & Paid Search channels while testing and scaling new lead gen channels
Drive full‐funnel lead gen and improve CPL, CPA & ROI
Manage SEO, social lead gen, EDM/SMS and referral channels
Lead, mentor and grow the marketing team
Improve attribution, analytics, automations and martech stack




Oversee CMS/website rebuild and continuous optimisation
What You Bring
Deep, hands‐on experience in performance marketing
Proven ability to build and optimise paid media campaigns yourself
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, attribution & ROI
Experience leading teams and managing external partners
Strategic mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
