UPG Australia, Trimble's distribution partner for Eastern and Central Australia, is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a full time, 12-month parental leave contract at our Campbelltown office in NSW.
Reporting to the Regional Manager-NSW, you will deliver a high‐quality customer experience by promptly answering calls, scheduling service and repair work, and coordinating equipment rental enquiries with customers.
You will liaise with Sales and Technical Support to resolve issues.
