Business Development Manager – Unified Communications / Contact Centre Solutions

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a hunter who thrives in new business growth, with energy, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to turn technical applications into business conversations.

About the role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generating new business sales
Generating new leads and cold calling prospects
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas
Developing and implementing strategies to capitalise on recent business opportunities
Fostering and developing relationships with clients, suppliers,



and stakeholders
Maintaining in‑depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Working with Solution Architects and technical teams to build out client solutions
Negotiating contracts and closing deals

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
Proven history in B2B sales
5+ years of current business sales experience
Engaging, outgoing, and passionate about learning
Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
Passion for IT
