Lawyer or Senior Associate - Digital and IP at Montgomery Advisory. Leading Australian law firm seeking a Digital/IP Lawyer or Senior Associate to join the national team in Brisbane.

Responsibilities
Work on quality matters and transactions in the Digital & IP space.
Collaborate with a national team on client matters across industries including IP, technology, telecommunications, energy & resources, real estate and government.
Engage with diverse clients ranging from startups to ASX-listed companies and government entities.
Involve in front-end commercial matters such as outsourcing and managed services agreements, major IT procurements, as-a-service arrangements, technology commercialisation and digitisation initiatives.

Qualifications
Experience in a front-end commercial TMT practice, ideally within a mid to large commercial firm.
Excellent drafting and technical skills.
Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
Keen interest in technology matters.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
