Systems Trainer (Digital Transformation)

3-month contract

Travel across South East Queensland required

We're partnering with a large purpose-driven organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to support the successful rollout and adoption of current systems and business processes.

The Role

Working within a collaborative PMO, you'll design, develop and deliver system training that enables end users to confidently adopt new technology and ways of working. You'll work closely with project teams, ICT, business stakeholders and change professionals to drive capability uplift and project success.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver systems training programs and learning resources
Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training sessions
Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps
Develop user guides, training materials and support documentation (about 80% of material has already been created but you will need to be able to create the remainder)
Support change, readiness and adoption activities




Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Partner with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
Coordinate training delivery across multiple business areas

About You
Experience delivering systems, software or application training
Background supporting ICT, transformation or business change projects
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training needs analysis
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent
Experience in health, aged care, community services or a similar setting highly regarded
Exposure to care management, client management or enterprise systems desirable
