Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to a team-oriented team environment
Integrate your own experience and learnings into the team's collective knowledge
Execute and maintain design intent, ensuring client expectations are managed
Support teams through all project stages
Coordinate project requirements with clients and consultants
Skills and Experience:
Operating at a level equal to 5-8years post qualification experience
Professional qualification within architecture or an equivalent overseas qualification
Proven experience delivering large and complex projects from inception through to construction, often managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong conceptual, design, and graphic communication skills
Proficiency in technical detailing andconstruction documentation




Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative and practical thinking
Solid understanding of products, materials, and construction methods
Experience coordinating with project stakeholders, local authorities, approving bodies, and sub-consultants
Ability to collaborate effectively with the design team to develop and refine design options
Skilled in preparing, developing, and editing drawings and 3D models relevant to project requirements
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe software
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
