The Role
We are seeking a motivatedSales Associateto join our team and work closely with one of our leading agents.
This is not your typical associate role.
As a hybrid position combiningsales and administration, you will gain exposure to every stage of the real estate process while developing the skills and experience required for a successful career in sales.
Working alongside our lead agent, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding results for our clients while building the foundation for your future in the industry.
Please note: Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the lead agent across both sales and administrative functions, you will be responsible for:
Buyer management, follow-up and matching buyers with suitable opportunities
Campaign management from listing launch through to contract stage
General administration including diary management, report preparation and enquiry management




Preparing appraisal and listing presentation documents
Coordinating marketing activities and collating campaign reports
Assisting with pipeline management and tracking opportunities
Providing exceptional after-sales client care, including gathering testimonials and maintaining relationships

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
Has sales experience (real estate experience is beneficial, but not essential)
Is genuinely committed to building a long-term career, not just finding a job
Has a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
Has a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Can work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
Has strong communication skills and a competitive attitude
Is disciplined, coachable and willing to follow a proven process
Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Is available to work Saturdays
