The Role:

We're looking for casual Retail Sales (Sales Representative) for our store at DFO Uni Hill, Bundoora. To succeed in this role, you'll bring robust sales and customer service skills, a genuine drive to meet and exceed sales targets, and the ability to spot sales opportunities by understanding what your customers need.

About You:
Experience in customer service and/or sales within a similar retail environment
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs
Experience using POS systems
Committed to delivering a outstanding customer experience for people from all walks of life
Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed by identifying customer needs
Enjoys collaborating within a team to hit individual, store and company targets
Flexible and adaptable to change as the business grows in a fast-paced industry
Must have the right to work in Australia
