Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities
Champion all quality control processes.
Inspect incoming and outgoing products to meet quality and engineering standards.
Resolve quality issues identified by the manufacturing team.
With the Quality Manager, maintain key functions of the quality system, including disposition of non‑conformances.
Liaise with suppliers on non‑conformance issues.
Review customer defect claims with the Quality Manager.
Undertake internal audits.
Review and maintain production documentation.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar quality role.
Engineering trade background or solid production experience.
Experience with metal machining, sheet metal forming, metal casting, plastic moulding and forming.
Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T; & metrology techniques is an advantage.
Experience using measuring equipment and ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and documents.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
Ability to multi‑task with an eye for detail.
Capability to work individually or as a team to consistently deliver results.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Working knowledge of a Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949).
Exposure to lean manufacturing and/or continuous process improvement concepts.
Experience with cable manufacturing, PCBs and electronics highly valued.
Experience using Oracle Cloud; Agile PLM is an advantage.

Location & Flexibility

Location details will be discussed during the interview process. The role may involve a mix of in‑office and work from home, depending on business needs.
