The Opportunity

This role will see you embedded within a major project team on a large‑scale commercial or residential development in Sydney. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of key work packages and play a pivotal role in driving programme, cost, quality and compliance outcomes.

This is an chance for a proven Project Engineer ready to step into a senior capacity — or an existing Senior Project Engineer seeking a Tier 2 platform with genuine long‑term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating complex structural and services packages




Driving programme and sequencing outcomes in line with head contract requirements
Overseeing subcontractor procurement and performance
Managing design coordination and resolving technical challenges
Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards
Supporting commercial outcomes including variations and forecasting
Mentoring junior engineers within the team

About You
6–10+ years’ experience within a recognised commercial builder
Strong technical capability across structures and building services
Sound understanding of contracts and commercial management
