Ayers Rock Resort is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead the day-to-day stores operation across Zone 1 hotel stores. The role is onsite at Yulara, NT and requires experience in inventory control, ordering, invoicing and stocktakes, with a hands-on leadership style.
You'll collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B; teams, ensure food safety and WHS compliance, and manage stock records, transfers and monthly audits. Relocation assistance of up to $1500 and staff facilities are provided.
