Bluewater Medical Practiceis seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join their busy team on a full-time basis.
The hours are rostered weekdays and Saturday's.
Flexibility is significant to our friendly team environment.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties, which include:
answering incoming calls
meeting and greeting patients
invoicing and receipting
excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
ability to remain calm and professional
ability to work unsupervised
experience in a general practice using Best Practice, Microsoft Office
experience in working in the Health Environment
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and computer skills.
Additionally, you must have a interpersonal and positive personality and also have the ability to multi task.
Typing skills are advantageous.
*Remuneration will be dependent on experience and consideration will be given to preferred working days/hours, if needed.
