We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to help build awareness and preference for our brand, create demand with plumbers, and support our sales team with effective marketing campaigns and tools.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll coordinate and deliver marketing activity across the business while helping strengthen the Plumboss brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating marketing campaigns and product launches
Building brand awareness and end-user demand
Creating marketing content and sales collateral
Supporting reseller marketing initiatives
Managing our marketing calendar and campaign delivery
Briefing and coordinating our social media/content resource and offshore graphic designer
Maintaining website, email and digital marketing activity
Coordinating agencies and external suppliers
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Helping improve our marketing systems and processes
What Success Looks Like

About You
You'll probably have experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or Brand Coordinator and enjoy working across a wide variety of projects.
You'll also bring:
Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
Strong branding and creative judgement
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns
Digital marketing experience across websites, email and social media
Commercial awareness and a practical mindset
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Most importantly, you're someone who:
Works collaboratively across teams
Communicates openly and professionally
Adapts quickly when priorities change
Takes ownership and follows work through
Focuses on solutions rather than problems
Enjoys both planning and hands‐on execution
What This Role Is
This is a hands‐on marketing role with genuine variety.
Some weeks you'll be planning campaigns and analysing results.
Other weeks you'll be producing sales collateral, coordinating product launches or supporting key commercial opportunities.
You'll have the opportunity to improve how Marketing operates while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day execution that helps drive business growth.
This role is based in the office in Glendenning Sydney, Monday - Friday.
