Our NSW facility plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality printed materials to some of the country's biggest brands and now we're looking for a Finishing Operator to join the team.
About the Role
As a Finishing Operator, you'll work hands-on with folding machines, stitchers, and guillotines to ensure each job is completed with precision, efficiency, and pride.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining finishing equipment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
This position is located in our new state of the art facility in Kemps Creek.
Applicants must have full Australian Working Rights, this position is not open to sponsorship.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating folding, stitching, and guillotine machines in line with job specs
Setting up machinery and producing check samples for approval
Performing basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance




Monitoring production to ensure quality output with minimal waste
Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work area
Following schedules and communicating effectively with team members
Participating in toolbox meetings and ongoing training
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience operating finishing equipment (folders, stitchers, guillotines)
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
Is mechanically minded and capable of minor machine maintenance
Works well under pressure and can manage multiple jobs in a shift
Has good communication skills and works collaboratively in a team
Is safety-conscious and follows workplace procedures at all times
Previous experience in a print or mailhouse environment is highly regarded.
