Accor Darwin is seeking a commercially minded, Heartist driven People & Culture Director to relocate and lead HR across three hotels.
You'll partner with Heads of Department, coach leaders, oversee recruitment and workforce planning, and guide on performance and industrial relations.
With a People & Culture Coordinator under you and the full support of the General Manager, you'll shape strategy, training and engagement programs to nurture Accor's Heartist culture across the resort.
