About the RoleJoin our banking customer service team and help customers with everyday enquiries.
You'll be supported every step of the way with structured training and coaching.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with:
High call volumes
Repetitive tasks
Strict KPIs (AHT, QA, adherence)
A structured workplace with strong compliance requirements
Has thick skin and can handle challenging conversations




Your day-to-day will include:
Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)
Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking
Use multiple systems to find solutions
Provide accurate and professional support
Please note:This is an on-site role.
Training period is exclusively on site.
Work from home may be possible subject to strict terms and conditions.
What We're Looking For
Clear, confident communicators
Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest)
Year 10 completion
Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check
