Salary High and negotiable from $70,000-$90,000 plus super!
No weekend work - option to change to Tuesday-Saturday -if preferred

The Role
Managing a local portfolio 150 properties- majority within 5-10kms of the office, or for less experienced PM's this role can be adapted to a task based portfolio
Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
Respond to all phone and email inquiries
Managing maintenance
Entry & Exits Condition Reports
Arrears Management
Attending VCAT if/when required
The Person
The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...
Must have a minimum of 12 months experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV
Valid drivers licence and vehicle
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Good longevity across your career
Professional personal presentation
