This part time role blends customer service, data management and supporter engagement to strengthen donor relationships and drive fundraising outcomes.
You'll respond to enquiries, process donations, maintain records in Salesforce, and help coordinate communications and campaigns with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
Flexible periods and team support are available.
