Community Housing Limited is seeking a Building Maintenance Officer to support the ongoing functionality, safety and presentation of residential buildings within our Build-to-Rent portfolio.
This permanent full-time role is based in Flemington, VIC and across our local sites.
You will perform routine inspections, respond to resident issues, and coordinate contractors to ensure protected, compliant and well-presented homes for residents.
