About the role

Join a quick-growing independent financial planning firm as an Associate Adviser. Work closely with Advisers, assist with strategies, attend client meetings, and support the delivery of exceptional advice. This role is client-facing with robust development opportunities toward becoming a Financial Adviser.
Assist Advisers with strategic, comprehensive advice
Manage implementation work including applications and lodgements
Oversee paraplanning requests and project timelines
Prepare advice documentation (SOAs, ROAs) and review materials
Support client meetings and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience
Degree-qualified, working toward a Financial Adviser role
2+ years experience as a CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate Adviser in financial planning
Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Xplan experience valued but not essential
