We are seeking an experienced family lawyer with a minimum of five years PAE to join our boutique Gold Coast practice. The role offers complex, high‑stakes matters across property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, domestic violence and mediation.
Responsibilities
Run complex family law matters autonomously while providing strong team support.
Draft agreements and applications, represent clients in mediations and court, and offer clarity when stakes are high.
Guide clients through challenging times with confidence and empathy.
Mentor junior lawyers, shaping the firm’s future direction.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of PAE in family law.
Depth across property and parenting matters.
Robust communication skills that inspire trust and secure results.
Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork and maintain composure under pressure.
