An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced, organised and proactive Asset / Hire Co-ordinator to join the team KLF Contracts Pty Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the allocation, tracking, and coordination of company assets and hire equipment to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires robust attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare contracts, schedule hire of machinery and all associated reports and return of hire equipment

· Maintain accurate records of asset movements, availability, and condition

· Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth hire and off hire operations

· Act as a primary point of contact for hire enquiries, bookings, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

· Prepare off hire reports and charges

· Monitor asset utilisation and identify opportunities for optimisation

· Provide operational support to the KLF Team

About You

· Previous experience in asset management,



logistics, hire coordination, or a similar role

· Solid organisational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems (or ability to learn quickly)

Desirable Skills

· Experience in equipment hire, construction, mining or industrial sectors

· Knowledge of inventory or fleet management systems

· Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
