About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedendota Spa Managerto lead our flagship location at endota spa Rundle Mall in Adelaide.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to manage a energetic spa environment and deliver exceptional service to our valued clientele.
This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive the success of the spa and be responsible for the overall operation, performance and guest experience at our Rundle Mall location.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth running and adherence to endota standards and procedures
Manage and develop the spa team, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff scheduling
Ensure exceptional guest experience through quality service delivery and resolution of any guest concerns
Drive revenue targets and profitability through effective management of bookings, pricing and upselling opportunities
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa
Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure cost-effective operations
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and encourage repeat business
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on spa performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a spa management or similar luxury service management role within the Hair & Beauty Services industry
Robust leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong retail skills
Sound knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products and industry best practice
Experience with spa management systems,
booking software and point of sale systems
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
Certification or qualifications in spa management, hospitality or a related field is preferred
