Auto & General (A&G;) is seeking a Senior Forecasting Lead to provide strategic oversight and execution of workforce planning forecasts for Frontline Contact Centres.
You will drive long-term and short-term forecasting, optimise resources and lead a team of Forecasters applying industry best practices.
You will mentor the team, deliver actionable insights to divisional leadership and collaborate with operational and finance partners to influence resourcing strategies.
