Your Role:
As aHome Care Support Worker, you'll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Key duties include:
Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
What We're Looking For:
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalentfrom an Australian institution
NDIS Screening Check & WWC Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Mandatory Vehicle & Driver's License(Must have a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and Australian Drivers License)
Commitment to Caring– A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature
COVID-19 Vaccination– Minimum of two doses
1 Year of Experience in Aged Care/Disability Care (Preferred)or a strong willingness to learn
Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)
Excellent Communication Skills– Able to connect easily with people.
