About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Lawyer, Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel (minimum 3+ years PAE) to join our growing team in a full-time permanent role. This role can be based in either our Bentleigh, Sunbury or Melbourne office. We offer hybrid working arrangements, which includes 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

This is an exciting prospect to work across a broad range of personal injury matters, including WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability.

With strong support from experienced practitioners, you will manage your own files and play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for clients.

About You

You will ideally bring:
Minimum 3+ years PAE within personal injury law;
Experience or exposure to WorkCover, TAC and/or Public Liability matters (not all practice types essential);
Excellent communication and advocacy skills;
A compassionate and client-focused approach;
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail;
Confidence liaising with counsel, experts and key stakeholders;
Bring empathy, well developed listening skills and sound judgment when supporting clients through sensitive matters; and
A genuine passion for social justice and supporting injured clients.
