About You:

About You
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, regular attendance in a local Christian church, and willingness to uphold and support the College’s Statement of Faith in all aspects of the role
Knowledge of, and solid commitment to, child safety in an educational setting, including awareness of mandatory reporting obligations and safe practices when working with children and families
Proven ability to align qualified practice with the AITSL Teacher Standards
Capacity to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice




Evidence of the following behavioural competencies:
Working with People – Builds positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues; shows empathy and contributes to a supportive team workplace
Adhering to Principles and Values – Demonstrates integrity and upholds the Christian ethos of the College
