About You
Proven experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor in hard rock mining
Robust operational knowledge of underground production and safety systems
WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Hands‑on leadership style with robust underground communication
Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and mobilisation requirements
Full Australian working rights

The client is looking to secure a capable Supervisor and will negotiate salary based on experience.
